Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Final sale and customized products are not eligible for returns. Only regular priced items may be returned. Returns may not be possible in all cases.
Returned item(s) must be in original/new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in the conditions previously stated, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
We thank you for your support and understanding. Note that we do not include shipping fees in store credit.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ORDER
If you have received an incorrect or a defective product upon opening your package, please contact us via returns@evo1industries.com as soon as possible.
EVO1 Industries is not responsible for damage(s) done to any of our products by a customer who did not properly read the care instructions under our FAQ. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our service@evo1industries.com
